A lot of our orders are for special occasions so we aim to be unusually efficient with our despatches.

* The games feature real names rather than nicknames

* We aim for same day despatch wherever possible

During the working week we aim to despatch within two days. Orders placed at weekends and during holidays will be sent out on the next working day (so usually that's Monday). Delivery times after despatch are approximately as follows:

UK: Delivery usually takes 1 - 3 working days.
