 Returns and refunds  

  If you wish to return goods to us, please read this first. There are several sections to cover different situations that you might find yourself in.

1) If you don't want something you have ordered:

UNWRAPPED GOODS  (Unwrapped goods include all our personalized DVDs)

If you buy downloadable digital products or unwrapped DVDs from us then please be aware that we do not issue refunds for these items. This is because of piracy problems and the unfortunate fact that some unscrupulous people order goods, find ways to make digital copies for themselves and then return the original asking for a refund. Therefore you cannot order these items and then return them

WRAPPED GOODS (Wrapped goods include all our board games and all our non personalized DVDs)

If you buy wrapped goods from this web site, you have a 'cooling off' period during which you can change your mind and cancel the agreement. For wrapped goods, you have seven working days starting with the day on which the goods are received.

If you change your mind about a purchase then you must contact us to let us know and then complete any cancellation slip that we may provide you with and you must enclose that slip with the goods you want to return. When you send goods back to us you should ask for a certtificate of posting at the Post Office and keep it together with a copy of the completed cancellation slip.

All wrapped goods that are returned must be unopened, undamaged and returned with the wrap or shrinkwrap intact (completely intact). They must arrive at our warehouse in this condition and we encourage you to return goods properly packaged so as to minimise the risk of damage in transit.


2) If you receive goods that are defective:

If you have ordered a personalized DVD game then it is very unlikely that you have received a defective disk from us (even it looks defective to you at first). Please be sure to read the Help section before contacting us.

If we supply any other item that is defective then we will be pleased to replace it or supply the necessary replacement parts. Please notify us via the contact us form.

3) If you receive goods that you didn't order:

If we supply an item that you did not order, please be sure to let us know quickly so that we can make sure you are not charged for it. Please notify us via the contact us form.
