1) If you don't want something you have ordered: UNWRAPPED GOODS (Unwrapped goods include all our
personalized DVDs) WRAPPED GOODS
(Wrapped goods include all our board games and all our non personalized DVDs) All wrapped goods that are returned must be
unopened, undamaged and returned with the wrap or shrinkwrap intact (completely
intact). They must arrive at our warehouse in this condition and we encourage
you to return goods properly packaged so as to minimise the risk of damage in
transit. If you have ordered a personalized DVD game then it is very unlikely that you have received a defective disk from us (even it looks defective to you at first). Please be sure to read the Help section before contacting us. If we supply any other item that is defective then we will be pleased to replace it or supply the necessary replacement parts. Please notify us via the contact us form. 3) If you receive goods that you didn't order: If we supply an item that you did not order, please be sure to let us know quickly so that we can make sure you are not charged for it.
